Fancy dress and party ideas

There are different types of video editing and each type has its advantages and disadvantages. Video production has evolved over decades and this has enhanced film production in many ways. Many editors in a film production company prefer the more recent and advanced non-linear editing method for most motion pictures. But having background knowledge of the different types of video editing available is an added advantage. The main types of video editing include:
•    Film splicing: this is conventionally a film editing method but it was the first way to edit motion pictures and formed the background of all video editing.
•    Linear editing: this method was employed for editing video tapes before the advent of editing computers in the 1990s. Editing is done linearly starting from the first shot and moving on through to the last shot.
•    Non-linear method: this employs the use of a computer to edit pre-recorded video footage using specialized software.
•    Live editing: this method employs the use of different cameras and other video sources which are routed through a central mixing console and edited in real time.
